Joe Dirt

This CD compilation soundtrack from the movie Joe Dirt is yet another outstanding collection of vintage classics. Sony included some ultra serious hard rockin’ guitar-jamming bands akin to Lynard Skynard’s “Sweet Home Alabama” and BTO’s “You ain’t seen nothing yet” and who can forget George Thorogood and the Destroyers’, ”Who do you love”. This is great music to drive around downtown blasting your favourite tunes as you whiz by slower traffic. Pretending there’s no one else on the road but you. This CD even added to the film’s overall enjoyment. Further more watch out for a super bonus tune not included in the movie. Who else but Ted Nugent doing “Cat Scratch Fever” There are 12 songs on this CD and chances are, you will recognize all of Artists and their tunes. The Doobie Brothers jam up “China Grove” April Wine do up “Roller” Blue Oyster Cult belt out “Burnin For You” along with Eddie Money and Cheap Trick, Sheriff and Argent and one of my old time favourites, Joe Walsh’s “Rocky Mountain Way.”
